Nice to have, BUT could have been better. Sep 04, 2005

Huge Fan of the place. I have traveled twice to Nashville. And spent a lot of night hanging out at Tootsie's.
The Bar is rich with memories, The DVD did not capture half of it.
The DVD Cons:
1. The quality of the picture and Sound is not up to par.
2. Not enough stories about the legends.
3. Short clips from classical archives.
4. Total running time should have been longer.
5. Come on It is a DVD throw in some Extra Features.
At the end Yes, I am OK with buying it for fact that it captures clips of the legends.

I loved this format of friends sitting around talking about good times. The stories are priceless and give us a tiny peek at how it was "off stage" back in the day. This reminds me of how country music use to be and why I always loved it.

We love this video. If you wished you had a chance to
come to Nashville when country music was starting-here's
a chance to catch up. I first saw this video playing at
the Willy Nelson Museum and HAD to track it down. Our
video of it is almost worn thin-so on to the DVD. GO WILLY

Tootsies is musical history told by the artists who created the history, in the place where that history was made. Get an insight into the relationships and dynamics of the atmosphere that existed between the stars that made it all happen.
